Fern View was extended and completely refubished in 2010 to give a high quality modern feel throughout the bungalow. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, the third has a bunkbed.

On entering, the hallway leads to a light spacious lounge with a large picture window to the front of the property, there is a TV with freeview, DVD player and unlimited access to wireless broadband.

The bunkroom has a full sized bunkbed and a chest of drawers. There is a separate wc. 

The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

 

The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed, in the modern ensuite bathroom there is a bath with a shower over. This room looks out onto the garden to the rear of the bungalow.

The kitchen is has been extended to offer a suberb family living space, with a double height ceiling. It has patio doors opening onto the rear garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and oven, a dishwasher, fridge and microwave oven. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garden to the rear of the property is stepped, there is a seating area at the top with a lovely view over St Annes Church, Bewdley and beyond.

Access Statement.  Fern View is a bungalow so all the accomodation is on one level, there is a small step at each of the doors. There is parking on the drive with easy access to the property.
